STUDENT GRANT


CAMP 2026 is pleased to offer a Student Grant Scheme to support outstanding student researchers whose papers have been accepted for publication. This initiative reflects PECAMP’s commitment to nurturing emerging scholars in Information Retrieval, Knowledge Management, Computational Linguistics, and Data Science.


📌 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  1. ✅ Be an active student (undergraduate or postgraduate) at the time of application
  2. ✅ Be the first author of the accepted paper
  3. ✅ Have a paper officially accepted for publication at CAMP 2026
  4. ✅ Be a registered PECAMP member

🎁 Nature of the Grant

  • The grant is provided in the form of a full waiver of the CAMP 2026 conference paper registration fee.
  • The recipient is required to attend all official programs and sessions during CAMP 2026.

📄 Application Procedure

Eligible students must apply after receiving their official paper acceptance notification (Deadline Application: 30 April 2026)

Your application must include:

  1. Paper ID
  2. Paper title
  3. Abstract
  4. Full list of authors
  5. Proof of active student status (e.g., student confirmation letter or ID)
  6. Statement of justification (why you should be considered)
  7. Brief statement on what you look forward to gaining from CAMP 2026

🌟 Selection

Grants are limited and competitive. Applications will be evaluated based on merit, clarity of justification, and alignment with CAMP 2026 themes.
